SETTING THE TIME (SCREW CROWN OR PUSH CROWN)
1. SCREW: Unscrew and pull out the crown to the 2nd position.
PUSH: Pull out the crown to the 2nd position.
2. Rotate the crown to set the hour and minute hands.
3. SCREW: Push the crown back in and screw it back to the normal position.
PUSH: Push the crown back in to the normal position.
SETTING THE DATE (SCREW CROWN OR PUSH CROWN)
1. SCREW: Unscrew and pull out the crown to the 1st position.
PUSH: Pull out the crown to the 1st position.
2. Rotate the crown clockwise (upward) to set the date.
3. SCREW: Push the crown back in and screw it back to the normal position.
PUSH: Push the crown back in to the normal position.
If the date is changed between 9:00 PM (21:00) and 12:00 AM, set the date to the following day because no date change will take place at midnight.
MEASURING TIME WITH THE CHRONOGRAPH
BASIC FUNCTION
Start: Press Button A to begin.
Stop: Press Button A again and read the 3 chronograph counters.
Reset: Press Button B to reset the 3 chronograph hands.
ACCUMULATED TIMING
Start: Press Button A to begin.
Stop: Press Button A stop.
Restart: Press Button A to restart.
Stop: Press Button A and read the 3 chronograph counters.
Reset: Press Button B to reset the 3 chronograph hands.
INTERVAL TIMING
Start: Press Button A to begin.
Display Interval: Press Button B.
Making up the measured time: Press Button B again.
Stop: Press Button A and the final time is displayed.
Reset: Press Button B to reset the 3 chronograph hands.

Please note that having the chronograph second hand running constantly when not needed may shorten the battery life. It is recommended that you stop the chronograph second hand when you are finished measuring time.

RESETTING THE HANDS OF THE CHRONOGRAPH
Adjustment will be necessary if one or several chronograph hands are not in their correct zero positions. This can occur following a battery change.
1. SCREW: Unscrew and pull out the crown all the way to the 2nd position.
PUSH: Pull out the crown to the 2nd position.
2. Press Button A and Button B at the same time for at least 2 seconds. The center stop-second hand will rotate 360° and corrective mode will begin.

Adjusting the center stop-second hand
Press Button A (short press for single step / long press for continuous move)

>> Press Button B to adjust the next hand.
Adjusting the chronograph hour hand (1/10 second counter hand)
Press Button A (short press for single step / long press for continuous move)

>> Press Button B to adjust the next hand.
Adjusting the chronograph minute counter hand
Press Button A (short press for single step / long press for continuous move)

3. SCREW: Push the crown back in and screw it back to the normal position.
PUSH: Push the crown back in to the normal position.
