2. Push the crown back in to the normal crown position when ready to synchronize.

WINDING THE MAINSPRING BY SIMPLY WEARING THE WATCH
By simply wearing the watch on your wrist, the mainspring is wound automatically as a result of the natural motion of your arm.

WINDING THE MAINSPRING MANUALLY
Rotate the crown counter clockwise (downward) a few times in the normal crown position to get the mainspring started or 55 times to fully wind it up. Thereafter, shake the watch slightly.

WINDING THE MAINSPRING USING A WINDING MACHINE
Rotary Speed: 30 rpm
Operating Time: 60 minutes

Mechanical watch movements are intricate micro-machines built to exacting standards. To ensure that your watch operates with perfect precision for many years to come, please familiarize yourself with the following:

Accuracy: The average accuracy tolerance for the NH72 movement is around -20/+40 seconds per day under normal operating conditions. Accuracy depends very much on the natural motion of your arm.

Service Intervals: As with most precision machines, an automatic watch must be serviced regularly to maintain peak performance. We recommend that you have your watch professionally serviced every 5 to 6 years. A shorter service interval may be required depending on the climate and conditions the watch is exposed to.
