SETTING THE DATE
1.  Pull out the crown to the 1st position.
2.  Rotate the crown clockwise (upward) to set the date.
3.  Push the crown back in to the normal crown position.
SETTING THE REAL TIME AND THE TIME ON THE ALARM DIAL
1.  Pull out the crown to the 2nd position.
2.  To set the REAL TIME, rotate the crown to set the hour and minute hands.
3.  To set the TIME ON THE ALARM DIAL, press the 4H button repeatedly until you set the alarm hour and minute hands to match the REAL TIME set in the previous step. The alarm hands move quickly when the 4H button is kept pressed. You can also set the alarm hour and minute hands to another time to serve as a second time zone. The alarm cannot be set to ring if the TIME ON THE ALARM DIAL is set to a second time zone.
4.  Push the crown back in to the normal crown position.

SETTING THE ALARM TO RING
(The alarm can be set to ring at any time within the coming 12 hours. Once the alarm rings, it does not repeat. In order for the alarm to ring again, it must be set again.)
1.  Make sure the REAL TIME and the TIME ON THE ALARM DIAL match (as set in the instructions above).
2.  Pull out the crown to the 1st position.
3.  To set the alarm to ring at a desired time, press the 4H button repeatedly to move the alarm hour and minute hands to the desired time. The alarm hands move quickly when the 4H button is kept pressed. The hands stop when they reach the current REAL TIME. At this point release the 4H button and press it again to move the hands further.
4.  Push the crown back in to the normal crown position. The alarm is now set to ring.

STOPPING THE ALARM WHEN IT RINGS
The alarm will ring for 20 seconds. You can also stop the ringing by pressing the 4H button.

CANCELING THE ALARM BEFORE IT RINGS
1.  Pull out the crown to the 1st position.
2.  Press the 4H button repeatedly to move the alarm hour and minute hands until they match the REAL TIME.
3.  Push the crown back in to the normal crown position.
