ArmourLite NBR86 Black NBR Rubber Band (22mm)
Nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR) is a form of synthetic rubber that is more resistant than natural rubber to oil, fuel, acids and other chemicals.
This type of rubber is commonly used in the automotive and aeronautical industry to make fuel and oil handling hoses, seals, and grommets, since natural rubber cannot be used. It is also used in the nuclear industry to make protective gloves. NBR can withstand temperatures from -40 to 226 °F.
